We conducted a structural survey and modification design to Acer’s current portal‑frame building. the work comprised verification of the current steelwork using on-site measurements and extensive hand calculations to ensure structural capacity and determine necessary changes.

based on survey information we designed a practical steelwork modification that worked with the current building and accommodated Acer’s proposed changes. our solutions were practical and easy to construct, ensuring reliable structural integrity and timely delivery of the modification works.
